Very clean, very affordable, the people that work here are pleasant and accomodating, very nice lady at the front desk.DQ right next door, convenient to shopping centers and restaurants, the hotel was pretty full and it was pretty quiet.

The place of the hotel is convenient. The rooms are clean. However, there is some noise from the freeway and I found two or three things I did not like for example there were only one electrical outlet where you could plug in three appliances: the refrigerator, the microwave and a lamp. So, if one was one you could not connect the others. Also, I found that when there is nobody in the room they disconnect the electric clock apparently to save electricity. Maybe the owners are very concerned about the environment but I think they are more concerned about their pockets. In the back of the hotel there are a few mattresses that should be thrown out. The garbage place outside of the hotel where you would normally put the garbage if you brought food to eat in the hotel was under lock and key apparently to avoid other people putting their garbages in the hotel container, but this left the hotel residents having to walk to Dairy Queen to dispose of their garbage what is not friendly to Dairy Queen nor to the hotel occupants. Seems a family operated hotel extremely concerned about saving the last penny.

he was just a little noise form highway none from hotel. another stayer said they had problem with ref so I will say when we checked in it was unplugged we let in on setting without checking it was still barely working next morning our setting was 5 of 7 room itself was nice bathroom small but worked hotel is next to bicycle trail breakfast was on low end of typical cold there was make your own waffles i could pug in my cpap but I had to extend it across front of bed there were funny fragrant smells in vestibule and it seemed like a light smoke smell in the hall near lobby even thought those rooms were nonsmoking I got a hotwire deal for that price I'd say again

This place is cheap and there is a reason... Breakfast is very limited with the waffles only available on Saturday and Sunday. The room was clean but the fridge didn't work, the chairs are falling apart. There is a burnt electrical wire over a baseboard heater. The pool is very small and you need a security code from the desk to enter. The y also charge outside guests $5 to use the pool. (I would spend the money at a local gym) The staff....well checking in was easy but they are not social or welcoming. Also my room was left open after housekeeping cleaned.

Place is clean and comfortable enough for the price. Just needed a place to sleep for the night. Breakfast was a nice extra although I didn't see any of the waffles mentioned in another review. My issue is the staff. The lady that checked us in late 11/25 was efficient but not welcoming or friendly. Okay...but the guy working in the morning said nothing as we gathered by the door to leave..no 'thanks', 'hope you had a good stay' or anything. He actually moved out from behind the desk and plopped in a chair and just stared. Again, room was okay and normally would be someplace I would consider again for a night but won't. Customer service should reflect how a place feels about you as a customer and I consider that as important as the facility itself. Was going to send an email and state this but their email address isn't even valid!
