Residence Inn by Marriott El Paso

I checked into this hotel on 11/4/24, I am a Titanium Elite member. The first room i was given had a bad odor and so I was put into the hearing impaired room and told that i could switch to another room the next day. This hotel is right next to the expressway, so i requested a room away from the expressway and a corner room, I was told that i would be able to switch to room 200, and that they would reserve that room for me. They had me move my things out of the hearing impaired room the next morning. When i came back later to check back into room 200, it had been given away, and i was given a room facing the expressway and i can hear every single car passing by. This room is very noisy. When i asked why i didn't get the room that was supposedly held for me, there was no answer. It is almost impossible to get a good night's rest with a room right next to the expressway. I would NOT recommend this hotel if you need a good night's rest. Also, there was no reason to lie to me and promise me a room that was not held for me as promised. I would NOT recommend this hotel.

Nice Residence Inn, clean room, reasonable pricing. Close to lots of restaurants. Be sure to ask for a room facing AWAY from the Freeway to get a good nights sleep. ............................................................................

Our son stayed here for a week to report to Fort Bliss. He stayed on our points (thank goodness). Someone tried to use his CC number on Christmas Eve for a room. It was declined and my bank immediately notified me. Someone tried to run the number without the card. So, I would not recommend this place for obvious reasons.

Great customer service!!! Jorge was amazing at the front desk. Quite tired when we arrived and he went and found us a luggage cart, and was very welcoming. The only downfall to this location is the parking. We were trailering a car - the parking lot is horrible and dead ends on the right side of the hotel. Very limited parking especially with another hotel right next door.

Best hotel in El Paso! Everything from the amenities to the customer service is 5 star. Cindy, the night auditor, was extremely helpful, her recommendations and advice about the city were on point! I highly recommend this hotel.
