Hotel Paso Del Norte Autograph Collection

My wife and I visited our son who recently moved to El Paso. We had no idea what an amazing gem the hotel would be. We chose it because of its location near where our son works. It far surpassed any expectations we had. The building itself is quite lovely and the stained glass over the bar downstairs is majestic. The room we stayed in was a simple king, but very comfortable and well appointed. The food at both 1700 and Sabor was very good. But, beyond the location and food, it was the service that really stood out. Each person I saw greeted us and those who heard our name then called us by it consistently. I especially want to lift up Miguel. Not only did he help us in planning our day excursions in the mornings. He would ask after us the next day to find out how things went. I also witnessed him helping an older couple one of whom was a veteran and their spouse was mobility challenged. Miguel's kindness and attentiveness really touched us. And, the whole staff really made the trip special with their kindness and warmth. Thank you for a great visit. We know where we're staying on our next time in town.

This hotel is truly exceptional! The staff is incredibly welcoming, making you feel right at home. The rooms are spacious and offer stunning views of downtown. It's conveniently located near plenty of restaurants and local bars. Both the hotel’s bar and restaurants serve fantastic food, and there's a coffee shop for quick snacks. The rooftop restaurant and bar is the cherry on top. I highly recommend this place! Plus, there's an outdoor pool on the 10th floor for added relaxation.

Amazing place. Amazing hospitality. Hotel staff was very helpful & friendly. Jaira at checkin was so very nice & professional. Brianna at checkout was efficient, friendly & courteous. Was such a great experience staying here. Will definitely return.

This is my usual stay in El Paso. Yahaira at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She was so kind and helpful. That kind of service is why I’ll keep coming back to the Paso Del Norte. The rooms were perfect and I don’t have enough good things to say about this hotel.
