Hampton Inn & Suites El Paso West

We evacuated from Ruidoso on June 17, 2024. I am updating this review because of my contact with Alma who is an asst GM at the Hampton. My husband misunderstood that he had to pay to use the microwave and that was incorrect. I am still disappointed that the bath sink area is wide open and the light is extremely bright(affecting people sleeping). Also, because of our circumstances, Alma amended our charge. I did find out that the hotel is being renovated. Alma went out of her way to make things right and in no way encouraged me to rewrite my review.

This hotel was very well appointed, had excellent customer service and the complimentary breakfast and breakfast attendants were wonderful. Teri was especially kind, personable and gave top notch customer service. We will stay here again for those reasons!

We stay at many hotels while traveling w/ our Race Team. We have stayed here twice and this is the top of the list of hotels. The Front Desk Staff, Damian and Isaiah are soooo accommodating and sweet. When I made our reservation this year, Damian even went as far as to ask if we wanted the same room we stayed in last year. The breakfasts are excellent. Entire Hotel is clean, including the halls, elevators, entry way etc... The heating in the room is stable and very quiet. Linens are very nice. Beds are comfy. We will be back!

We loved our room. Extremely comfortable and clean. Quiet. Everything worked in the room. The beds and bedding were perfect. Nice place to stay. Slept better than I have in days. Will return. Worth the rate.

Nice one night layover, nice 65" TV in room, no vanity mirror in bathroom (nice for convenience for woman with old eyes needed to apply make-up), latch broken on closet mirror/door which is usually an easy fix. Big plus is a convenient EV charger in lot. We ate at L&J Mexican Cafe a few miles away before checking in...food was good, but place is loud & echo'y.
