El Paso Smart House Backyard 12 Mi to Downtown

The overall cleanliness of the room was exceptional! The bed was comfortable, the place was beautiful, I already want to go back. Their late night valet person, Sergio, was so kind and explained everything to us clearly. You can tell Sergio loves his job! I would stay here again!

We absolutely love this hotel as it’s a true gem in downtown El Paso. William always takes care of us at the front desk and we really appreciate him! His customer service skills are incredible! We love the rooms, pool and restaurant too. Highly recommend this beautiful hotel!

We’ve been going to the Indigo for years now and we consider the staff as family. Hector at the garage always greats us with a smile and bends over backwards to take care of us and our car. Dave and Diego, the concierge, always make sure we have what we need and ensures we are treated as the most important people of the day. Stephen and William at the font desk take the time to update us on events at the hotel and are always there to make sure our stay is as expected. Finally, the team at the bar, especially Diandra and Amada, greet us with hugs and a smile. They are true professionals. We always look forward to seeing them every time we visit!

My family and I were very impressed with the hotel and the staff. Will helped us at the front desk and Sergio provided great customer service in valet. Both went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Also, the beds and pillows were super comfortable. We all slept very well. We will be going back.
