Comfort Suites El Paso Airport

Not sure how you train your staff but it takes less energy to be nice and courteous than it does to be rude and nasty. The front desk agents and shuttle staff were very snarky and half the amenities were unavailable. As someone who has worked exclusively as a Front Desk/Office Admin, its not hard to help people and certainly not hard to be nice. Sometimes theres a bad person, dont take it out on innocent people.

Shuttle driver refused to drive me to the airport and left me stranded because she said I was illegal. My children were confused and crying and I did not make my flight. The shuttle service is part of the cost of staying at the hotel. This is a breach of contract. And no, I'm not illegal.

I will never again do business with this establishment. Their shuttle drivers are abhorrent racists. They act disgustingly towards paying customers, especially i. The company of children. I will never in my life step foot in this establishment ever again. You couldnt pay me enough. Also, the shuttle driver needs to be fired.

Extremely poor customer service. Left us waiting in the lobby for about 15mins. Front desk agent couldn’t care less about her job or helping people have a pleasant experience. From the moment you walk in you can feel the negativity. Booked through Expedia and would GENUINELY never come here again.

Not the worst but bathroom fan was very loud. All in all, it was a decent stay. The front desk reception in the evening seemed like he didn't care. Very nonchalant about his job. Breakfast was great, good selection. I would stay there again, I'd just make sure the bathroom fan is not loud.
