Woodspring Suites Denton

Stayed here for a few days and have a few things to say. #1 would be the place smells ungodly strong and is hard on the people who have a problem with smells that are so overpowering they cause headaches. I could tell they were covering some smell up. Well I found out I was right after they cut off at a certain hour of the night #2 is do not plan on watching t.v. We told the front desk the t.v didn't work upon our arrival at 3p.m was told maintenance would come fix the problem. I am setting here 26 hours later with still no t.v. Was told today "we never know when the maintenance man will show up...Sorry. We can give you another room. Really? Are you gonna ask night moving my stuff to another room and put it away? Didn't think so. On the positive note...NOTHING

I had a very important family event for family and so booked this so as to have kitchen facility. No kitchen items at all. no silverware, no dishes, no cookware. I expected to have all these things as I had my grandkids with me. Had to spend extra money that I did not plan on to cook food that I packed with the trip. I had the same experience a couple years ago in texarkana. Thought give you another opportunity. Failed again. On top of all this we had bugs. very disappointed!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean room and hotel in general. Very safe and comfortable environment. Fairly priced and cheaper than surrounding extended stay hotels in Denton area. Overall very pleased with my stay!

Kind staff, dedication to great hospitality and cleanliness. I enjoyed my stay and I know that I had a peaceful time my entire stay. Would recommend and location has ideal amenities without the bloat in your budget.

When I came to woodsprings everyone was so nice star the manager was nice and the house keepers work hard everyday and lulu is kind as well and Johnny keeps the outside and the hall way clean.. Nereyia helps out alot I'm enjoying my stay
