The Statler Dallas Curio Collection By Hilton

I stayed for about a week, the hotel clearly has an outstanding reputation locally but coming from Miami to Dallas this was one of the best hotels I’ve been to. Michele at the front desk was more than helpful in every area of my stay. She seemed a bit over qualified for the position but so does anyone else who is outstanding at their job! Will be back

I stayed here for my birthday! Frances at the front desk was amazing and the sweetest. I booked a staycation for my birthday! My checkin was swift and she even had a special surprise waiting for me in my room. Everything was clean, valet was fast and it was very quiet.

My daughter and I stayed 4 nights at the Statler. The valet staff was amazing. (Carolina was the best) The doormen remembered us as we came and went. The security officers asked us each evening how she played in her tournament and told her good luck the next morning. Our room was spotless. Food was great, across the property. Karli was the best server. Great drinks as well. We will stay here again !

Tavio, one of the front desk specialists was amazing. He answered all of my questions and dealt with all my concerns professionally. I had a minor issue with a reservation at one of their venue offer and the general manager honored everything.

Our company stayed here for a conference. The 2nd floor Conference housekeeping staff was excellent! Rooms were also wonderfully clean, but the level of professional care and attentiveness I observed in action while attending the work event was on point!
