What an awesome hotel ! Beautiful in every way! Had our granddaughterâs wedding weekend there. EVERYTHING was perfect! Amazing staffâ¤ď¸. Delicious food. Gorgeous facilities. Spectacular pool etc etc. S/O to Jon Paul for such great service. Kudos to ENTIRE staff and wedding planners and facilities. Highly recommend The Joule for your event or personal stay!!

Ben is the best waiter at CBD!! He was so nice and engaging and made us feel so welcome. The food was amazing and all the staff was friendly. We will definitely be coming back to the joule and CBD to see Ben! He had great recommendations and we truly enjoyed our experience.

About Face Pros Agency, LLC is a luxury mobile beauty services business. We've enjoyed working with Colette Bennett and her guests at The Joule hotel. She's efficient, communicative, friendly, and exceptional at her job as a concierge. Providing the best experience for her guests. We worked with a guest that Colette referred to us for several days while the guest stayed at The Joule. She went out of her way to make sure that the guest well taken care of but she also made sure that our hair/makeup team well taken care of as well.

The hotel itâs very nice but the best is the brasilian ladies Aly and Ella working at the Front Desk! I was at another hotel came to The Joule because I was looking for a better option and Ella heard us speaking Portuguese and step into to help us. Right way I knew I was in the right place. She gave us so many recommendations that made our Sunday perfect! Aly help us to recovered our tickets to AC/DC I was to thankful her patient and care with us. They are rockstars! Cae also an amazing human being. Thank you so much!

I recently stayed at the Joule hotel in Dallas. I loved the artsy design. The staff was amazing. They really went out of their way to take good care of us. When we arrived the staff checked us in quickly and took us around the lobby to show us where everything was. This was the first time in all of my travels that the staff were so accommodating.
