I had come in with my wheelchair bound child and got a suite since we travel as a group. Nobody informed me of any safety risks. Upon entering the room my child immediately entered pushing himself in and within second was over a small stairs in the hotel. His wheelchair on top of him. We got very little help from front desk or will anderson. My son had injury from this fall and they refused any refund unless we guaranteed we didnāt ever speak to a lawyer

I was in town on business and exhausted from traveling. A young lady at the front desk name Taylor, greeted me with a smile, and made my check in seamless. Good customer service is a must, and that is exactly what I received. I will definitely be back!

Taylor was extremely helpful and friendly! She got me into an upgraded room and made sure I was still only charged at the room block rate for the wedding I was in town for. Iāll definitely be coming back to stay here the next time Iām in Dallas. Great stay

Darby at the Spa at the Highland was amazing! By far, top three best massages Iāve ever had. If Iām ever in town again staying near the Highland, I will absolutely be back to see Darby. She undoubtedly has a gift; you will be so glad you booked your massage with her!

All of the staff was incredible. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, accommodating, and professional. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and we will definitely be returning. The process of filling out the paperwork they sent the night before was easy and streamlined the check in process.
