Room full of crikets, cold and not in the best shape. Stairways and halls very dirty! Remember to colect your $50.00 dls deposit!!! We had to leave in a hurry and forgot to return the key and there is no way to get our money back… Will never return

Worst Hotel! The bathroom door didn’t even have a lock and every time I went in the bathroom I saw ants crawling all over and saw some ants on the towels and plus the sink was not in the bathroom which was horrible. When we came to the hotel and 12:00 am we saw people smoking and drinking and they were so loud that we couldn’t even sleep due to loud noises coming from outside and when we first came the hotel room smelled so bad that we had to switch rooms and their was no food or anything they served at the hotel, I would never suggest you to go their worst hotel ever!

I had the worst experience of my life at this hotel, I have cancer and stayed here like I have numerous times. I had to rush to the bathroom and did not close the door all the way and my dogs ran out of the room. The maid then came knocking at the door and asked if they were my dogs and I said yes and will get them in a minute that I was in the bathroom. I had to clean myself before I could get them but the maid then came banging on my door and yelled at me to get my dogs. The manager then came and did not care what happened to me and they kicked me out of my room. I called the police cause they would not give me my money back. Stay away from this hotel they could care less about good customers. I have stayed here weeks at a time and this is how they treated me when I was in a pickle.

The stay was very comfortable. Very good location, close to Walmart and Dennys. Staff is very kind and polite.Rooms are modern and clean.I would like to thank you guys for providing such a good stay especially during this time.

Terrible customer service. I did not feel welcome at all. The staff was rude and not knowledgeable. They wouldn’t let me check in because I didn’t have a voucher filled out when we paid on line with the voucher. It was a struggle to get a refund they said we didn’t book at all but we have the confirmation email. This is the only red roof inn we have had issues with. Even while I was waiting for them to fix their mistake another hotel guest walked in complaining of roaches in their room and asking when their room hasn’t been cleaned when they’ve been here all week. Disgusting place definitely don’t stay here.
