Sunday, April 13, 2025 8:06AM As of right now, this has been the worst night sleep I have had at a hotel. ------------- Previous evening: Saturday, April 12 First, starting at 11:20pm, a phone call was made to the front desk that the hallway is filled with noise. It seems like they moved most of their customer base on the second floor. That's fine, but most of the customers by 11pm would like to get some rest. The first phone call was a warning shot to let them know there is carousing and loud noise. Nothing was done. ------------- 11:36pm, a follow-up phone call. This time it was to let them know that there is further noise by the rooms next door. This was in room 212. Nothing was pursued. Again. Noise continued, loud banter. The walls are rail thin and we can hear everything- screaming, shouting, yelling. ------------- 11:41pm, a five minute phone call follow up was again done. Nothing. ------------- 11:50pm, almost midnight. The loud noise and ruckus increased. We brought ear plugs and a white noise machine, AND ran the bathroom white noise. The noise continues far into the night. Not sure if there are going to be any follow ups any longer. We knocked on the neighbors door, made a phone call. Noise continues. ------------- 2:00am Loud doors are banging. There were a total of four phone calls to the hotel, two knocks on the door, two phone calls to several rooms. If you are on a business trip or you have had a LONG day, this is not the place you want to stay at. However, I am waiting to see if there is any return to make this right. THIS IS MISERABLE.

This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever been to! It was dirty, old (and you can tell), and the highway noise was terrible! It is in a sketchy part of town. The worst part is that I killed multiple roaches in my room!! I will never stay at this hotel again!

Was traveling for business and needed a hotel that was close to the train station. Great Hotel for the price and refrigerator was a great size. Also is walking distance next to great restaurant options and a Trader Joes. About a 15 min walk from the closest train station.

Well maintained older building. Clean and comfortable. Free easy parking. Access to a variety of restaurants and grocery stores. In room refrigerator and microwave. Fitness options in house and close by. Approximately 6 miles from fabric warehouse district.

Horrible experience. Killed 5 roaches the first night of 4 stays booked. Leaving after night 1. I feel creepy crawlies, can’t sleep. Disgusting hotel. If I could have left today, I would. We got back from our visit too late to change. Staff was friendly, but room was disgusting
