La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Dallas Fairpark

I've only stayed at this hotel 2 times within the past month and both times been charged twice and have to jump thru hoops to try to recoup my money. Not recommended at all. If I didn't watch my money daily I would have NEver noticed and even when I did I have to provide all this documentation, wait on the phone, call back again and again, email, call some more and here I am with 1 charge being fixed and the other is still in limbo. And the hotel is trashed out to boot. Holiday Inn is a little better and of course the hampton is the best option out of the 3 stooges. Never will I go back. Never had this problem at any other la quinta , much less any hotel. Must be doing real bad and about to flop as this must be last resort to get what you can.

Room was dirty. Especially the bathroom. Shower door wouldn’t even close all the way and tile broken. Couch and floor looked like they hadn’t been cleaned. Entire second floor smelled like weed the entire time we were there. Breakfast was subpar at best. I also have videos of the bathroom but this app won’t let me post them.

This was a great hotel. Super friendly, professional staff and very welcoming. Room was perfect and super clean. The houskeeping were very accomodating. We had a blast! And it was close to alot of restaurants, park, activities. We will defenatly be coming back!

Pillows where very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent and the service was great and they also had great room service as well as a pool but the rooms are very well put together and spacious to even bring a air mattress for a guest but I enjoyed my stay

I arrived on a Saturday night before 10. Front desk clerk was not the friendliest. Seem a bit racist. Instead of putting my card and pen in my hand, she laid it on the counter. Get to room, toilet didn't work. Placed a call, she came but giving attitude. Poor customer service. Room dark, no light bulbs in neither of the lamps. Bathroom lighting was dull, lights not working around mirror. Sunday at breakfast, hair was on the milk pitcher. Notified the employee working the area, she goes and removed the hair but did not replace the pitcher. So go next door to Hampton inn or Holiday inn. Do not stay here! Unprofessional and nasty!
