Hyatt Place Dallas Park Central

find a different hotel. the only 2 elevators (1 totally broke and the second doesn't work properly and does come to floor if called. cleaning every other day only .. i got refused even when i told them why i required it , trash cans overflowing with food containers. pool was closed and filthy.

Run down hotel, room were renovated nicley, gym was horrible. Dont judge this hotel by the online photos, they are old stock photos. the hallys and elevators were very run down. This hotel can use an entire face lift. Breakfast was reasonable.

I will say, the staff at the front desk especially when we arrived were very nice. As far as our stay, the pillows were very flat and they only gave us 2 pillows on a king size bed. The elevator was down and my family was on the 6th floor. We had to walk up and down the stairs with a 3 month old and stroller with two other children. We stayed 3 days and 2 nights, housekeeping never came to our room the whole stay. We had to keep going downstairs (keep in mind, elevators were down) every day for new towels and toilet paper and our trash was never changed the entire stay. The floors and walls in the shower were stained/dirty looking . Although the noise from the highway was very loud and frustrating, we were able to manage and still get sleep. The room itself was very spacious but, not somewhere I would recommend

This hotel was so comfy the room was spacious and clean. The staff was so attentive and friendly and answered all my questions. Breakfast was good and the parking was safe in a gated parking lot. I would def come back to stay here when I’m back in town.

While there had clearly been some refurbishments the bathrooms were dirty/stained, highway noise was unbearable, breakfast was served at room temp at best, elevators broken the entire stay. Don't stay here unless it's your last option.
