I had a reservation at the Embassy Suites for 3/24-27/25. Since I was going to be arriving late (midnight), I called in the afternoon to check in and received a room assignment. When I arrived at the hotel, I was told a mistake was made and someone else was put in my room. Additionally, I was told that there were no rooms available at this hotel or any other Hilton property in the Dallas metro area (due to a medical convention in town), and that I was on my own to find a place to stay at midnight. The manager at the desk was unapologetic and offered no help to make new arrangements. I ended up Ubering back out to DFW to stay at a one-star for the night as I made plans to stay somewhere else for the rest of the week. To add insult to injury, the hotel charged me for a stay. Now I have to spend the time to get charges reversed. This is one of my worst customer experiences ever.

Needing a room near downtown Dallas - and a Diamond Member of Hilton - this is likely to remain the lowest price full service hotel near downtown. I now know why it's low priced... This hotel is about as close to needing a remodel as one can get - and I expect keep a Hilton brand. If the breakfast was as good as most Embassy Suites, I would overlook all the beat down carpet, walls and overall lack of remodel, but breakfast as well was pretty thin. Unless I can't stay anywhere else for budget reason, I would find it hard to return.

I canโt even start the hotel has decent first floor itโs not impressive but it is appealing the rooms definitely not worth the money nor my time to even try to go and ask for a refund I have actually decided to leave tomorrow and just get another hotel I honestly would rather spend another $400 a night somewhere else just to leave very very disappointed in my moneys worth and not only that the room is very very horrible standards for the price it should actually be a 1 star hotel with a price of $30 a night honestly truth in my heart just donโt waist your time and money here please be aware and make your investment in checking reviews I honestly by the name and the photographer on this hotel looks great but definitely a different story once you open that door ! I have 4 small children and I was honestly scared for them I felt so low to even have them stay the night I wish I can have a full refund but Iโm looking at maybe will never happen but I donโt understand how they can even charge that price for the rooms ! I regret and will not stay here again would rather stay in my vehicle feel more sanitary than the rooms !

A horrible place to stay! 2 nights for over $450! Check in was fine, but the hotel was busy. The room seemed OK on first sight but then we found out the carpet near the fridge was soaking as the fridge was leaking. Te shower head was leaking so bad we felt we were in a water park. Water spraying everywhere. Each electrical outlet was so old and worn out that it would not hold even the smallest of adapters! Contacted the front desk about it all and they sent maintenance at 11pm at night! We were woken up by banging on the door! The next morning the breakfast looked like a freebie at Lubyโs, no where to sit, no food, poor service, not even plates! Later that night I called the front desk three times after 11pm to report a party going on in the room above us. They told me โwe know about itโ. So do I, with the lack of the ability to sleep. The form desk clerk was a joke and did not give a damn. This is indicative of the management of this hotel. Its old and falling apart. We have stayed there three times in the past and will not sty they again. Buyer beware, Embassy Suites used to be a good product. I empathize, used to be. Now its garbage. If you are going to Dallas choose somewhere else to stay. This place is the dollar store of hotels. And donโt even start me on paying $20 a night to park at a hotel! WTF???

I recently stayed at the Dallas Embassy Suites Hotel and had an amazing experience, especially since I was there with a group of friends. Dallas Embassy Suites Hotel exceeded my expectations. The combination of friendly service, excellent amenities, and a great location made it the perfect spot for a fun getaway with friends. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dallas!
