Super 8 by Wyndham College Station

Room was clean, staff was friendly, reasonable price and breakfast included: waffles, eggs, bananas, yogurt, apple juice, orange juice, coffee. I would stay again. Its a budget friendly hotel and so it’s not the most modern and pristine, but it’s clean and staff was friendly.

The room was clean and the bed a but too hard. The breakfast was horrible and scant. The waffle batter was so watered down they would not rise. There were all of 4-5 items to choose from and 3 of those were dry cereal & milk. The orange juice was good though.

The staff members from Drint Desk to Housekeeping were all great. But the maintenance of the property was terrible. Bathroom doors very poorly repaired multiple times, poor wall patches. Some off smell in room. The condition of the room and property was not up to expected standards. It’s surprising Wyndham allows their name to be associated. Again, people working there were great but the site needs a serious make over and ongoing upkeep.

Horrible customer service. They charged us an extra 25 dollar fee that was invalid. The lady was yelling at us and was very dishonest. The rooms were so humid and there was hair on the floor in the bathroom tubs. We switched rooms and the room was still bad. The front desk lady was so horrible! The breakfast was really bad and the cleaning service was terrible!

We were needing a place to stay with our elderly Labrador and was VERY pleased with our stay at this hotel!! Registration was smooth, everyone was friendly and compassionate. The room was the perfect temperature, and the beds were comfortable.
