Horrible run down place, many issues with t.v. rooms fridges. Elevator problems, messy Appearance terrible I don't think owners give a darn patch on elevator door frame with metal hanging out. Elevator would not work on third floor, smoke detector batteries removed in room, window opened up all the way in room on 3rd floor (safety issue for kids. Very disappointed and would never go back and would hope nobody will use this trashed out place .can not imagine anyone giving this a decent review, girl at front desk said they are selling it thank god

I booked rooms for myself and friends for the Alumni Class Reunion. There were over 300 plus alumni in the city who had hotel reservations at various locations in the town. I have attempted to discuss issues with the manager, Michelle Johnson, who will not return my calls and have continued to avoid me. I want to caution my family, classmates and friends of the unprofessionalism and not considering this hotel for the next major event or stay for any reason. I have contacted Hilton and other staff in upper management and I won't stop until this issue is resolved due to my requirement of the best customer service.

A last minute business trip to Shreveport and I needed a place to stay so I stay at the chain I always do, Hilton, and landed at this HI. This HI measures up to most all HI’s I’ve stayed at. Nothing over the top great, certainly nothing negative, just consistent. And for any business traveler, consistent is good. Room was clean, a/c coldish, breakfast bar as usual. Again, consistent. The only negative comment was the internet. So I will say that the weather was stormy bad all evening and morning and I kept getting an SOS on my phone which meant, if I understood correctly, my iPhone was not in an area my provider is - Verizon. And, have never stayed here or in this area, not sure how to gauge this. And, BTW, yesterday was the solar eclipse and we were a bit east of its path so there’s that. If in the area again and in need of a room, I’ll certainly stay here again.

Worse place to stay, service bad, staff mean and not cordial, no hot breakfast as promised, elevator broke, room stayed extremely hot till 4 am, no bar for handicap to get out of shower, refused to give a receipt that I asked for, they promised to send one to my email but never did till a week of discussion with corporate headquarters, room for two ccharged me 197.94 when corporate says they only received 137 I have my credit card breakdown showing a total charge of 197.94 billed to my account , hotel under repairs and we were not forewarned when booking on line basically they screwed me, so if u r elderly watch out for this place,,

Nice large room that was very clean and tidy. Housekeeping does a great job. Checked in by Megan who was nice. Wendy at the front desk multi-tasks to make your stay perfect. Breakfast host ensures that buffet items are replenished frequently. Fresh fruit, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate are available 24/7. Many television stations for selection purposes. Blackout curtains and many pillows for restful sleep. Business center is available.
