Probably worst experience especially with customer service. The older lady with blonde hair in the front was on her personal phone when I arrived. Then she proceeded to have me wait while she was speaking to whoever it was. When she finally got to me she was so rude. She spoke to me like she just wanted me out of her face. I left the front desk after check in and there you go again back on her phone.

I stayed for a work trip and expected to relax during happy hour but unfortunately they allow cats to run around while people are eating. They have 2 cats laying on the tables while guest are eating. Very unprofessional. The front desk lady kept running around trying to catch them but they kept coming back. On top of that the tables werenât even clean knowing the cats were all over them. It is nice what the hotel is doing but itâs not professional to have cats running around in the food area not knowing what they carry.

Great stay, highly recommend. Best hotel for the money in Brownsville. Needed a last minute place and the location was perfect. Was close to shopping and the location I had to work at during the day. I was surprised by the number of dinner options available near by.

I have stayed at this LaQuinta several times over the years and as always the staffs attitude to be helpful and accommodating is ever present. The front desk always seems to be on top of things and ready to assist in whatever your needs may be. Highly recommend...
