Texas Inn Beeville

Dirty dining area and breakfast crew is understaffed and couldn't handle breakfast area. Front desk people are poorly trained in customer service. You're lucky to get a smile, greeting, or any basic gesture of customer courtesy. Don't let them put you in room 129. It shares a wall with the mechanical room. After dealing with the front desk and escalating my complaint to corporate level, it is clear that the laissez-faire approach to guest service, dismissive responses to complaints, and general lack of integrity isn't unique to the Hampton Inn Beeville. It's part of the corporate culture of Hilton Hotels.

The best staff!! This hotel goes above and beyond for the customers. They are friendly and so very helpful. Very clean. The coffee is good. Breakfast is spectacular. They staff do their best to make sure staff are comfortable. Good parking.

I have stayed her for business travels for over a decade. The only place I stay when in Beeville. I have always been provided excellent service and a clean comfortable updated room. I want to especially thank Sarah for my most recent stay and all the assistance she provided for my recent travels. She went above and beyond to make my stay fantastic!

We were happy with our stay. The property was well kept, check in was quick, the room was clean, lighting was good in the room, wate pressure was good, and I appreciate the luggage rack being available. The bed was a little firmer than some Hampton Inns, but it was fine.

Worst customer service. I think her name is Joanna and we had to wait for her to come inside because she was in the parking lot talking to her boyfriend I assume. Very rude and was always on her cell phone instead of tending to the customers. Will never stay there again because of poor customer service. When we’d asked for help she gave us dirty looks like we were interrupting her personal phone calls. We also noticed she was never at the front desk for long periods of time.
