This was our first time staying at this property and will definitely return. Staff is so professional and kind. We booked the 1 King Bed / 1 Bedroom Suite .. so spacious .. very close to the elevator ... we stayed in the front part of the property ... super quiet. Breakfast was good // so many varieties .. eggs/bagels/toast/danish/bacon/waffle maker, etc. Wish they had a microwave down in breakfast area to reheat the food, but they don't ... we didn't want to take our food back to the room, which we should have, but .... Coffee is delicious. Televisions were awesome with lots of different channels. Highly recommend and we will definitely return!

DO NOT STAY HERE. THIS HOTEL LOSES POWER CONSTANTLY AND THEY DON’T HAVE A BACK UP GENERATOR. This was truly an awful experience. I was told the power would be up and running in an hour. Three hours later it was still out and I had to pack up all my stuff in the dark and walk it down 3 flights of stairs just to go find a new hotel. There aren’t many options in Beaumont, TX, so almost all other hotels were full. Apparently this happens regularly at that homewood suites, according to the other hotel employees in the area. It looks nice, until the power goes out!

I was charged $2,446.79 for rooms that was never used and that was added to my company credit without permission. When asked for a lock audio for the rooms I was being charged for she never responded. She replies with rude comments via email but will answer phone calls. There is also never anyone at the front desk, so you always have to look for help. We will never stay at this location again.

Excellent stay. Comfortable and quiet. Clean and fresh room. Now the breakfast, don’t miss out on Mr Michael’s waffles from his secret recipe. Best I ever had. He cooked them and served them with all the ingredients, looking picturesque for menu favorites. Staff was professional and courteous. 5 stars for a short stay right off the interstate.

My stay was exceptional. Check in was easy. Hotel smelled very nice and the bed and had the best sleep. So I showeredand water didn't fluate from hot to cold. I loved that. I loved the value of the room. I hope it want be long maybe two or three weeks before I can tell im gonna stay at this Hotel again, Thanks for a wonderful stay.
