Deluxe Inn & Suites Baytown

Motel was filthy. My family felt unsafe due to drug users on the balcony all night. Our fire alarm went off at 2 A.M. After waiting a hour on the front desk attendant, we checked out. The attendant was playing a game on his phone instead of attending to our fire alarm.

My girlfriend and I stayed here overnight on 1/5/19. My girlfriend was the one who checked in. She went in to drop off her bags and left. We arrived back to the room around 9.. almost 10 that night. When I went into the restroom. It was HORRIBLE. dirty toilet (poop stains) and tub (dirt and lots of hair). Floor (not mopped). Walls. Door. Everything was just dirty. The floors were horrible. IT appeared as if the room wasn't cleaned and they just changed the sheets. We wanted another room. That was UNACCEPTABLE. Mind you, we haven't been in the room until that point. My girlfriend was in and out. Wasn't in the room for more than 2 minutes when she checked in earlier that day to drop off bags. The bigger of the 2 guys was EXTREMELY RUDE. YELLING AND CURSING. He said if it was a problem we could leave. He didnt try to resolve not one issue. We have stayed here before and it was fairly new then and seemed to be getting cleaned properly. Now, it's just a dump. Dirty. Dirty. Dirty. Bad business. You do not yell at your paying customers because your poorly cleaned establishment. Not once did he try to listen or resolve the issue. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. The motel 6 is clean, cheaper, and have friendly staff. I wish I would've took pictures. SN: I wasn't expecting the same service as a Marriott.. but a clean toilet and tub is not asking for much.

Hotel is amazing. Still new. Staff is absolute amazing. Maids are ok. Rooms could be cleaned way better then what the Maids are doing. Breakfast is ok. Front desk said city wont allow hot breakfast. That's fine. But, please do something more then what you are doing right now. Tey adding Poptarts/breakfast bars/ protein bars. Something to knock all the sweetness you guys have out.

Well lighted parking... no fear of broken windows. Room seemed to have been recently remodeled. The theme of modern/industrial worked nicely. The room had a small kitchenette, containing a 3/4 sized fridge, a 2 burner stove, microwave, sink and top and bottom cabinets. Nice wood look concrete tiled floor. Passed black light test.

The clerks are nice. I believe they ask for too much is to register. Basic room, but has a small refrigerator not a compact. No hot water in sink but shower does. They advertise breakfast. It is coffee, juice, chicken soup, fruit, and little Debbie. If you are looking for plain Jane it is here. Price is good for the area.
