I booked a room at this hotel through Priceline, meaning the room was prepaid. I called ahead and spoke to a lady and Arman, both of whom confirmed that they could see the room was prepaid through Priceline. Upon check-in, we were told by the front desk that the room was indeed prepaid and that a debit card was only needed to cover a $20 incidental charge, which was never used. However, after checking out and returning home, I was shocked to see not one, but TWO charges on my bank account from the hotel: one for the $20 incidental charge, and another for $260. I immediately contacted the hotel and spoke with Arman, who admitted the second charge was a mistake and promised the funds would be "rebated" to my account by 5 pm that same day. That was two days ago, and as of yesterday, not only has the $260 charge not been refunded, but my account has now been hit with yet another charge of $231.67 from the hotel. So, in total, Iâve now been charged three separate amounts for a one-night stay that was supposed to be fully prepaid. Iâve had numerous phone calls with Arman and sent emails to Hannaa, providing screenshots of my bank account to prove the charges. Priceline has also called them multiple times to resolve this issue, but they continue to assure us it will be fixed with no actual action. To make matters worse, theyâve now bundled the $20 incidental charge with the $231.67 charge and issued a partial refund of $251.67, which is still processing but shows up as "zero dollars refunded." Meanwhile, they refuse to even acknowledge the original $260 charge thatâs still pending in my account. This hotel has caused me so many unnecessary issues, including forcing me to cancel a work trip due to the pending charges on my bank account. The staff, including Arman and Hannaa, continue to dodge responsibility and avoid discussing the $260 charge, acting as though theyâve solved the issue with the partial refund. I absolutely do NOT recommend staying here, especially if you book through a third-party service like Priceline. Even though they can see your room is prepaid, they will still charge your debit or credit card multiple times for the same room. As of now, Iâve been charged twice for my stay, and the issue is still unresolved. Beware â youâve been warned!

Picture your perfect hotel. Whatâs in it? A supremely comfortable bed, great kitchen? Maybe a varied and delicious included breakfast? Perhaps a great pool spot that is beautiful and refreshing. Well, this location filled none of those. From the miscut carpets, chairs that were too short for the table and loose elevator handles or the smelly employees; the start wasnât strong. Could it get better, recover from the initial impressions? Sure. Did it? No. The room was truly special. A spring bed from the 50s that was not only uncomfortable, but could transfer the movement from air in the room across it. A couch that was not only laughably small, but somehow was used enough to have a number of mysterious stains on it. What these were? Let your imagination wander. Add to it that the spare pillow smelled of a ripe body odor and wasnât replaced, but shoved back in the plastic bag to mature. We started with two trash cans, but inexplicably had one taken after the first night. Also, we discovered late one night that there was no included do not disturb sign, so we were able to get creative to make our own! How fun! These issues persisted through our entire 5 day stay and they surprised us the last day but not cleaning the room while we were gone. Keeping it familiar I guess? There may be a small population of tortured souls who appreciate showering with a small trickle of water. I am not one of those people. Showering, by definition, requires a certain volume of water. Letâs put it this way: It was difficult to rinse the shampoo from my head. Finally, so you love your dog? How much? Must not be much if you come to this hotel. We received the awesome notice the day before that there was a fire system test! What does this mean? Technicians and hotel staff entering your room at random times and the fire alarm going off whenever they feel like it. Did they warn guests this may happen? No. Give a discount on that day? No. They also required you put your dog in the bathroom in prep for this. No exact timing on when you had to do this. Just lock your dog up for an undetermined amount of time while strange people are going into your room (with all of your things!) and fire alarms are going off throughout the day. Good luck!

The room was great. Everything else was almost shockingly bad. From yelling âNEXT!â when it was our turn to check-in, to only having one coffee pod (they didnât know how to get more)⌠then the breakfast was inedible disgusting plastic fake food. Not real eggs, not even real OATMEAL in the watery heated bin. Extremely poor selection. The fruit was old melon pieces. There was a plastic tray that laid in the hallway the entire stay. Come for the room but donât expect competency, politeness, or edible food at breakfast. What a way to start the day. Would not stay again.

The Location and staff are excellent. "Mr.CRAY" at the front desk was extremely accommodating with providing us topnotch service and taking care of all the request made during our stay. From checking us in to giving us a room with the best view. The location is prefect and right across the domain area where you could just walk to. The room was clean and well equipped . The housekeeping did a great job at cleaning on request. The only miss was the height of the bed. For a short person it's big...! Overall We were happy and defiantly will back again.

Excellent stay! Wonderful hotel and an amazing team. Special mention to Hanna and her team for making everything during my stay so comfortable. This was my second visit here. The gym and pool facility is good too. The hotel is Walking distance from domain and many eating places.
