Omni Austin Hotel

The best view from a bathroom I've had! We recently celebrated our 2nd anniversary and we had the best time! The staff was friendly and paid attention to detail. We had champagne and chocolate covered strawberries waiting when we came back to the room. Such a lovely sweet surprise! Thank you Omni

Friendly staff and excellent service! The team was incredibly quick to answer texts and were able to accommodate any questions or issues that I could encounter. Comfortable beds. Definitely quieter on the interior side versus the exterior if you’re a light sleeper. Would stay for business again. Thank you, Kyndall and team!

Our trip consisted a 7 day stay at the Omni Austin. We could stay at any property but chose to come back to Omni again. The reason we chose this property over others is the service and people. They treat us with respect and go out of their way to talk and get to know us. Matthew and Max were a highlight to our mornings and afternoon, as traveling with 3 kiddos (one being a baby) isn’t easy. Matthew’s customer service level is beyond anyone I can imagine for someone his age, he has such a bright future ahead. The kids looked forward to seeing them and felt so special and cared about during their time. Cisco at the front desk was so helpful, making a recommendation for a park that we ended up visiting twice. He is so friendly and knowledgeable. Rae at the coffee shop went out of her way to ensure we had smiles and laughs and perfect coffee and sundries, she was a delight. Nathan and Michelle at the restaurant gave us stellar service and ensured our meals were great. Harrison at the bar was funny and made sure the service we had was excellent for our take to the room food. The food is always exceptional, this is also a HUGE reason for us to stay. Having club service with three kids and a phenomenal restaurant and coffee bar all in one property that is clean and consistent make the trip so much better and easier. We can’t say enough great things about our stay. The bellman are always great too and all the other staff that I have not mentioned. Thank you to Sergio and his team for another long but wonderful stay that allowed us to create special memories with our family we came to visit.

I joined my husband for his conference at the Omni. The hotel was pleasant and well located. The staff were friendly and helpful. The coffee shop in the lobby was great. I also took advantage of a service offered to rent a full workstation (2 monitors, keyboard, mouse) for my room. This was so helpful and made my work much easier. I would definitely stay at this Omni again.

Great customer service and variety in the coffee shop, the valet service and other hotel employees were very friendly. Jayden helped us with our bags, and he was awesome! Very personable and helpful. We were staying for the weekend for a bachelorette party, and the front desk clerk even gave us additional drink vouchers! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. A Keurig and complimentary bottles of water were available, and there was even a robe in the closet. The TV had the capability to connect to a smartphone for screencasting, but I couldn’t figure it out from my iPhone (haha). My only wish was that they had a microwave in the room! Regardless, I would definitely stay here again.
