Hotel ZaZa Austin

We visited Group Therapy on a Sunday evening around sunset. The view from the patio was beautiful and the food was delicious! I ordered the Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl and enjoyed every bite. Our server Priscilla was very attentive to our needs and answered any questions we had about the menu.

I'm the person that always stresses about selecting a hotel. They aren't cheap and the more I travel the more I realize the hotel u select definitely has an effect on ur vacation fun even if u don't spend much time in the room. Having said that, I wouldn't stay anywhere else if/when I come back to Austin. Not normally a dark and moody type but that's how I would describe the hotel. An upscale kimptonesque decor. Awesome rooftop pool. Out of this world pool food. Splurged on a corner suite and so large and spacious. Lots of hangars and lots of storage space for clothes. Near lots of stuff-no car needed. Didn't try work out room but confirmed there were pelotons. If I had a wish it would b a little more light in bathrooms and living area.

We had the pleasure of dining at group therapy with Bryan as our server. The vibes were immaculate and the service was astounding. This is a great place to come for a chill night with your girls.-K Bryan was an amazing server! He was very attentive, kind, and gave great recommendations. Be sure to visit with your girls or for a date and make sure you ask for Bryan! -Z

They do not allow outside alcohol to drink in your rooms. I wish this was an upfront policy. I’ve never seen this before at any other hotel. We bought beer and wine and had to throw it away because of the policy and we flew in. Super disappointed in the way we were treated.
