They put me in the wrong room, King Bed, when I booked and they confirmed it was a 2 queen bed. Noise levels from street can be heard and I was unable to sleep well. Room is not sound proof enough even on the 20th floor. They never compensated me for my trouble or at least partial refund of a $300 a night room. Will not come back again. Thank God it was just one night.

Stayed at this property over the Marathon weekend. Its location is really the only thing it had going for it. The check in process was not great. They're was only one person staffed and the phone was ringing off the hook so I waited a while. During that time I was looking around and things just seemed unkempt and run down. Got to the room and it was complete underwhelmed. Stark, no decor, crappy linoleum floors, and frankly it was dirty. There were white specs all over the floor and the bathroom hadn't been cleaned very well as there was still hair visible from the last guest. Tried to take a brief nap one day and was unable because of the noise in the halls; just doors slamming constantly. Nighttime wasn't much better as the doors slam shut unless you intentionally soft close it to be a good neighbor . The walls are paper thin and inside the room, because of vinyl floors the wood furniture and all the hard surfaces, it feels not only stark and cold but is also allows sound to bounce around. Not impressed at all and actually really unhappy that we ended up here. As an aside the aloft piece of the property surprisingly looked better than the element, which technically shouldn't be the case; anyhow, buyer beware

The food was wonderful, especially the corn appetizer and the burnt short rib. Our server was Tijana and she was exceptional. We will go back for sure. Rumor is the lunch is even better. Valet parking is available. Our favorite liquor drink was the Paloma.

Noah and the valet team are terrific!!! I work at the Paramount Theatre, one block north of the hotel, and we needed a little extra space and assistance in unloading a few school age kiddos from their bus for a live theatre performance this past Monday. The team was super helpful in allowing our buses to safely use the valet zone while also continuing to serve the needs of the hotel guests. It’s great to have a partnership like this with our downtown neighbors! Thanks from your friends at the Paramount Theatre!!

This is our 2nd stay at this hotel and we really like it. Love the location of this, the staff is very nice and accommodations are clean and nice. The complimentary breakfast is really great too. First time here they were making fresh pancakes with all the toppings and today we enjoyed fresh breakfast tacos. Tandie was our breakfast attendant today and she was fabulous. She went above and beyond to help make the start of our day great! We will be back! Side note, there is a really cool bar, Upstairs at Caroline in the same building that has light food, great drinks and a fun atmosphere.
