Best Western Plus Executive Residency Austin Round Rock

Originally assigned to 403 (which I don't understand way a handicapped room would be at the end of hall furthest from the elevator), the smoke detector was beeping, the phone, alarm clock, and bedside wall plugs didn't work. There was also no handicap bench seat attachment for the tub. Terrible room. Isaac moved us to 303 and the room was good after I had to plug in the TV HDMI for it to work. The major problem was the elevator. One was out and the other, I had to call the desk to have it reset several times. When operating, it would shake violently at the first floor. We ultimately decided to cut our visit short because my wife has severe knee problems and can't walk long distances less known climbing stairs. We had two funerals and leaving after the one on Saturday instead of staying overnight was very stressful for me and my wife the past few time we have stayed at this hotel, there has been several problems. We planned a two day trip to earn another $50.00 Best Western gift card but could not risk having to walk another three flight of stairs as we had to do to check out Saturday morning. Elizabeth Ruelas was very understanding but unfortunately she was only there at checkout. Not sure if we will be staying at this hotel anymore as there are constant problems with the rooms. No sure if it is a change in management or simply lack of attention but this is a terrible experience and not what is expected from Best Western. Highly Disappointed! Hotel in failing condition.

The hotel was very clean hotel during my stay. The vanity mirror in the bathroom is nice and the beds are super comfy! The heater wasn't working in the bedroom so it was cold, but It didn't bother me enough to report it since the heater in the living area was fine.

This location was perfect for us. The staff was friendly and helpful. Thanks to Isaac and Antonio. Breakfast was adequate, and the room was clean and comfy. Our only problem was the wifi signal kept dropping our connection on the 2nd floor. We had to manually reconnect over and over during our 2 night stay.

The room offer to us was so nice, clean and comfortable, glad we are given the option to select which floor. For the first time my kids were awed by room, so big, clean and comfortable. Interestingly enough the Wi-Fi and cable was very good we didn't have any problems.
