There is not much "plus" in this BW. Elevator not working, toilet running all night , central AC blows in your face all night and needs major update. Located at major highway and noisy on one side. Rooms need update and the elevator are either not working , control lights are out or just randomly hitting floors...stairs are a safer bet...

Bug!!! There was a roach when we checked in killed it. Then next morning another roach on the floor killed it. When out for the day and a roach on my pillow as I was laying on it!! Tried for another room nothing available it was F1 race weekend. Promised the room was cleaned. Next day good then Saturday morning while drinking my coffee a roach ON MY CUP. It was on the lip trying not to fall on my face OR IN MY MOUTN!!!! ABSOLUTLY disgusting. WILL NEVER STAY AT BEST WESTERN AGAIN!! I still see it when I close my eyes.

Comfortable and quiet. When we arrived I thought we were stuck in the middle of highways but it turned out quite easy to get in and out of. The room was pretty standard but we had a disabled room which was only noticeable in the bathroom with rails and single level floor, but there was no shelf or space to put any toiletries. The room was cleaned up daily. Couple of little issues, our tv remote stopped working, but was quickly replaced. The ice machine didn’t work on our floor so we had to go to a different level. Our bathroom sink plug stuck but they fixed it. The laundry was good and easy to use, $2 for wash and dry each. Breakfast was standard, nothing exciting but included!
