AC Hotel by Marriott Austin Hill Country

I recently visited Austin and checked into this hotel. The first day was a bit rough as I was getting accustomed to the new place. However, on the morning of day two, I met Ms. Sue. She provided exceptional service and displayed remarkable hospitality. Her efforts truly made my day! Ms. Sue you are the exceptional - Take care and all the best!!!

My room was comfortable, but it's the staff that sets the hotel apart, very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast with Sue was a joy, Annie's French toast isn't to be missed! The location is convenient to access a few other restaurants but even the locals come to enjoy a drink on the rooftop bar.

Francys was super friendly and attentive. I was frantically coming in for a work trip and she put me at ease and recommended her favorite breakfast sandwich for me. Very excited to continue my stay here. The food was amazing, she was very kind to bring it out quickly as I was very hungry.

I recently visited this hotel in the Hill country and the state was magnificent. Francys was wonderful while eating breakfast. She was very attentive and made sure we got our food fresh and hot! She was super friendly and accommodating. She reminded me of my mother. I will definitely be coming back just because of her!

The hotel was very clean. Everyone was very friendly, especially Francys our waitress/server for breakfast. She was very friendly, very helpful and very accommodating to all of our needs. The only downside to the room was there was no closet to hang anything in. It was more of an open space with only three hangers and no drawers to put clothes in. Would definitely stay here again.
