Sheraton Arlington Hotel

Not a business hotel. Family reunion maybe, business class absolutely NOT. Where to start? I travel fairly regularly. This location needs a makeover, I would be interested if anyone has spent money updating since 1985. In room safe broken. Called guest services three different times, no one answers. The marketplace looked like I just missed their going out of business sale. The business lounge has seen better days. The gentleman in the evening talks nonstop. I actually needed to leave for some quiet space. Although my room was booked through my business, all charges showed up on my personal card. On check-in, they couldn’t find my reservation because it was under the business name, on checkout couldn’t find anything except my personal card. And room service knocked constantly 4 separate times while I was sleeping. Even with do not disturb and late checkout requested. Absolutely not up to standards with physical building nor amenities. Expect services on the level of a Motel 6.

Juanita was so nice and assisting. Really would have another stay at this hotel very good hospitality. Other hotels around the area didn’t have as good as the hospitality I got from you guys and Juanita Thank you so much ma’am………………………………….

Excellent hotel. Staff are amazing. We were greeted by Xavier with a warm welcome and beautiful smile. Sheraton is wise to have him out front, great at his job. Then we were blessed with Barbara at the Club, eager to serve however she could. This hotel is doing everything right, fabulous employees. Clean, clean, great pool hours too.

I stayed at the Sheraton Arlington hotel for business on March 17, 2025. I had the very fortunate experience of meeting Juanita who checked me in, helped me with Bonvoy information then later helped me with a billing question. What a delightful lady! She is full of energy, a positive outlook plus a true desire to help resolve issues. What a wonderful asset to your hotel!!! Please give her a RAISE!! !! Thank you Juanita! I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the outstanding service I received from Kendra during my recent stay at the Sheraton. I arrived very late after a long day of travel, only to find that the kitchen had already closed. However, Kendra went above and beyond by personally going into the kitchen to get me a salad and some fruit, ensuring I wouldn’t go to bed hungry. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile truly made a difference in my experience. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality, and I deeply appreciate her efforts. I hope she receives the recognition she deserves for her exceptional service. Thank you for fostering such a great team, and I look forward to staying at the Sheraton again in the future.
