Hyatt Place Dallas Arlington

Room was comfortable, beds and pillows were nice...no bugs....The only problem was front desk staff were indifferent and not very helpful with requests...You need to be happy with your job and not just wanting a paycheck especially in the customer service industry...I would stay here again because of the comfort and cleanliness of the room and location...Good luck catching a trolley to the stadiums..

Wonderful room, wonderful staff, everything was clean and we had a wonderful stay! We had a room with a king bed and it had a couch/sleeper in the room and that was nice. We didn't have to sit on the bed the whole time, like in other hotels. The room was super spacious as well.

Terrible it was the worst place Ive ever stayed won't ever stay there again. I work at a hotel else where hell I thought it was bad but the Hyatt place is the worst place to stay ever. Everything was small the room the bar and the people 65 dollars for 4 drinks is crazy me and my family could have ate 2 dinners with that. The rooms are so cramped

No working a/c in 301. We were told to use the wall panel. There was no wall panel. They wouldn’t move us to another room, wouldn’t give us a fan, etc. Told my hubby the GM would be there to talk to us before we checked out the next morning. She wasn’t there, nor was she coming in to talk to us. I kept getting promised someone would reach out about this and it’s been 3 days - nothing but excuses and more crap like “someone will be reaching out”. I’m filing a fraud complaint with our bank tomorrow

Hotel Review The location of this hotel is unbeatable for anyone visiting Six Flags—just a short walk to the entrance! A special shoutout to KK at the front desk—her exceptional customer service and incredible fashion sense made a lasting impression. She’s truly a gem, and the hotel is lucky to have her. Unfortunately, our room left much to be desired. It felt dated and worn, and being a handicap-accessible room, the bed was positioned right by the door, making it hard to block out hallway noise and door slamming. This made for an uncomfortable stay, but KK went above and beyond to offer a solution that exceeded our expectations, even if it couldn’t fully address the room issues. On a positive note, the staff overall was fantastic, and the complimentary breakfast was a highlight of our stay. Despite the room concerns, the team’s friendliness and the location stand out. While we’ll likely explore other hotel options next time, we’d consider returning if the rooms undergo updates. Thanks to the staff for their hospitality!
