Hampton Inn & Suites Dallas Arlington South

Hilton diamond member here. I would not recommend. I left my two wedding bands on the sink and when I noticed they weren’t on my finger I called same day I checked out and it wasn’t there anymore. Housekeeping stole them 100%. I called and asked for assistance and left feedback. The manager emailed on a no reply email address to call him, and then left no contact information in the email. I will never stay here again. It was tragic and heartbreaking to lose my wedding bands.

The hotel was excellent. I slept great. The breakfast was very good with the person running it doing a great job. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff, David and Rokia, at the front desk were personable, professional and prompt. I certainly would stay here again.

I booked through Expedia and Hampton canceled my booking. Didn’t try to contact me and sure wasn’t going to make it right.it was on a busy weekend and why would I ever book with Expedia again when they sell your reservation and leave you stranded. Expedia people are very rude to their customers. Took me 40 minutes to get through to talk to someone.

Very outdated. Room was clean but falling apart. Beds made loud noises at the least little movement. I thought it was going to break apart. Bathroom door looked liked it had been torn from its hinges and sort of put back up. No hasp in the door frame to shut the bathroom door. The faucet freely moved around.

My room was very clean. The complimentary breakfast was good. I liked the front desk staff, even the cleaning staff was nice. I really enjoyed my stay, I was comfortable and the bed was perfect 😊. I don’t think I’ll be visiting Arlington again, but if I did I would most definitely stay again at Hampton Inn
