Courtyard by Marriott Amarillo West Medical Center

Paid for two rooms. Tv didn’t work in one room but worked in the other. Phone missing from other room. Went to front desk to tell them the phone was missing and tv didn’t work there was a line because I wasnt the only one without a working tv and one lady was running the entire hotel by herself checking in people and running to rooms to do maintenance. The lady told me that there wasn’t anything she could do about it. Sauna was broke and out of commission as well. Worst hotel experience!

The property is nice. That’s where it ends. They charge for parking and housekeeping never cleaned our room. We called the front desk multiple times during our 5 day stay and they never came. We had to go to the front desk to get refills on our coffee and clean towels. We are easy going this was just to much and we will not be staying here again. We may reconsider our Marriot Bonvoy membership altogether after this.

worst Marriott experience ever! Poor customer service. We were promised an upgrade because we are titanium members and then didn’t happen. When we checked in we were given keys to a room already in use and had to return to front desk. Clerk Alicia Brown ( I think that was her name / no name badge) was not helpful.

vator down, internet down, TV down, computer system down meaning no receipt, no proof of checkout, could not even purchase market items. In the lobby this morning waiting for 15 minutes for service and nobody around. At 7am I finally called the hotel and WOKE up the person that was supposed to be at the front desk. Last night in the Bistro they did not have all items on the menu and then I asked if the attendant could turn the lights on TWICE so that I could see the menu she just handed me a tiny menu that I couldn't even read because, dramatic pause, THERE'S STIIL NO LIGHTS ON! Titanium Lifetime for years here should have stayed at the motel 6, at least they leave the lights on. F this hotel. How is this even a Marriott?! WTF
