This place is great room was very clean and accommodating, we stayed in building 7 felt like a studio apartment. The pool was awesome my kids loved it, they are working on building new amenities can't wait to come back! Wanna brag on the staff they are all super friendly checking in and walking around the property but our housekeeper went above and beyond my girls were super sad about leaving and giving me a hard time Lillian helped distract them while I packed up the car even went to her own car to give them some lollipops for the drive home. Lillian if you see this thank you so much for being so kind to my girls. Our family will definitely be back can't wait till all the renovations and add one are done this will definitely be the place to stay.

Check in service was 5 stars, Young Lady was very nice and knew her job. We stay in an upgrade room 4205 bathroom was little, small but we made it through. indoor pool was nice n Hot Tub. Breakfast was very good The Ladies were wonderful and very nice. All the work being done will make Tremont the place to stay in the area. I WILL BE BACK

3 night stay. My room was very clean. The bed and linens were were super comfortable. Room with king size bed, spacious. My unit (building 7) felt like an apartment complex and the door entry is on the backside of the building, but was very well lit for nighttime return. I would consider staying at this property again.

Very nice rooms (we were in a renovated room) and so thankful for the walk-in shower! The pillows were so fluffy but didn't compress like a lot of hotel pillows. If I knew the brand I would order some for our bed! The front desk employees were beyond nice and helpful. Breakfast was adequate. If back in Townsend in the future I would definitely stay here.

Everything was great. The room was comortfable and most importantly clean. Staff was very friendly. The hotel is under new management and it shows! We will be staying here again. We had our kids aged 2 and 5 with us and they loved the grounds and the indoor pool.
