Serenity Inn Hotel Sweetwater

I made a reservation. I found out they won't allow people who has their address within 50 miles of their hotel. They took my money and won't give it back. I was homeless. We were homeless. I didn't get to find out how great they were.

This hotel was extremely clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. It was a great price for a nice room! We were on a road trip and looking for inexpensive accommodations that would be comfortable and clean and the that is exactly what we found at this hotel. The only thing they could improve on is the breakfast.

This is an Indian family-run hotel and the staff were warm and welcoming. No problem getting a room we liked and our reservation was properly fulfilled. The room was clean. The shower was great! Water-pressure, flow, and spray all very nice compared to most other hotels these days. The air conditioner worked smoothly; didn't "throb" on and off. The pillows were too high and hurt my neck and shoulders and there was no choice. They were all the same. Breakfast--well there really wasn't much. Granola bars, crackers, Rice-crispie bars, yogurt, and I saw a couple of bananas. There are 2 tiny tables in the lobby which is also the breakfast area. But overall, my impression is that this is a fair-priced and decent hotel and I would recommend it and would stay here again if we were ever returning to Sweetwater.

Our stay was very good, We did not what to expect and were pleasantly surprise with hotel. The room was clean the beds were good. Breakfast had great choices, We defiantly enjoyed the chees crackers. Our one night stat was eenjoyable.

Checked in around 11pm. Front desk person was very accommodating. Gave us a room on first floor. Room was very clean, bed was very comfortable, shower was amazing, they provide liquid soap and shampoo in the shower. We got a great night's sleep. Thank you.
