I never write reviews but this was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room smelled like a wet dog it was unforgivable. In hindsight I should have asked for a different room but I didn’t because my two children just wanted to go to bed after a long travel day. The smell was exactly like a wet dog, it was very strange. I chalked it up to bad humidity since they had storms that day and the days before but it’s still no excuse. I saw another few reviews also mentioning the wet dog smell. Truly gross. There is also ZERO lighting in the room. They have no overhead lights, only a corner lamp and the lamps by the night stand. The rooms are also very old and run down. Definitely never staying at a Hilton Garden Inn ever again. I would pick any other hotel in this area or sleep in your car.

Sigh. First the good. The room was mostly clean, food was good in restaurant. Now the not so good- NO lighting in rooms. Terrible. Even with every lamp on, very hard to see at all. Our phone and desk lamp did not work so I couldn’t order food in advance and had to wait for it. We wanted a first or second floor room- ā€œno clean 2 bed roomsā€ so ended up on 4th floor. Front desk worker was aloof about it. Food very expensive. Hamburger comes with no cheese and if you want cheese an extra $2.00!!! Would not stay again.

Very nice accommodations in the King room. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, liquid hand soap, hairdryer, Kuerig style coffee maker and a selection of coffee flavors to choose from were all provided. Fluffy towels, nice large screen TV. Multiple charging points for all your devices. Overall, very nice property and conveniently located by the Interstate with lots of shopping within a half mile. I will be staying here each time I visit my daughter!

We stayed here on a road trip and have a son who loves golf. It was fun to have breakfast in the morning and allow him to putt out there. It’s not much but neat & different for a quick hotel stay. Nice rooms and conveniently located near highway but not too close.

Not my first stay here recently but now my second visit and each time I’ve had the pleasure of being checked in by Kensley. She is one of the sweetest and most caring staff members I have met in both my experiences. Greets everyone as they come through the door and makes sure everyone is enjoying their stay. I noticed an appreciation poster by the front desk and wanted to shout her out for her incredible customer service. I hope this is seen and she is recognized for her customer service.
