Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Shelbyville

Pics and website says they have a pool to get there and find out they do not. Don't disappoint your kids. Pool is one reason we booked here. Thought because it said they had a pool and there were pics they actually had one. Nothing else for kids to do here.

Nice and clean. I did have a day without hot water. They did not compensate me me. They did get the hot water going by night fsll. Friendly staff. Breakfast is good with a large selection of items to choose from. Beds are comfortable but pillows are not to my comfort

The pillows are very flat. 1 useable outlet. Dusty, water pressure terrible, shower leaked constantly. Elevator sounded like it was going to break any second. Mini fridge was on the floor with small microwave sitting on top of it. Needs some attention!!

Third time to stay at this location, 3-5 days each time over 3 years. We have never had a problem that wasn't immediately addressed and solved. Lobby has always been neat and clean, and desk staff efficient and helpful. It was a pleasant surprise to see the same people morning and night that were working here a year ago. Coffee is available 24/7, breakfast is fruit, waffles, toast and pastries. Beds were excellent, good night sleep. Small cube fridge was a welcome addition to microwave in room. The lobby rest room is usually a hint to the entire attention paid to details. This one was clean, clean, clean. Obviously, we were happy we stayed here.

Was impressed. I stay here a lot for horse Shows. Probably 7-8 times a year. Stayed on 3rd floor. Best service since Covid. Room was cleaned and restocked daily. Glad to see that happen again. Took good care of us. And the young lady on graveyard shift is THE BEST! Rhonda I think is her name. She always takes great care of us!! I’ve stayed at all the motels in Shelbyville and this one is by far the cleanest.
