Very clean room nice pillows very friendly staff will definitely stay again. Convenient to all the malls and stores. You have a stop light so getting out is easy.they do serve a breakfast but we never got up early enough to participate.big shower and plenty of hot water.

This property is extremely clean and the staff is friendly. I enjoyed everything that they offered. I will definitely stay here whenever I visit town. The beds were very comfortable and I enjoyed the breakfast. I can proudly say that all the staff very extremely amiable and ensure that our stay was enjoyable.

Everything was clean. Comfortable stay at a good price. Stopped in the area later that week and chose another place due to availability. Big mistake. Would definitely stay here if ever in the Sevierville area again. Included breakfast was decent and friendly staff.

The pictures made this hotel look presentable but it is very worn down and rooms are the size of a closet! I thought I was in Europe with the size of these rooms. Ceilings are moldy and stained, bathroom is big enough for 1 person. Rooms are so small the bathroom has to have a pocket door because there is no room for it to open outward or inward!! If you fancy a Motel 6 or independently owned motel where the beds are hard and the ceiling tiles are falling onto the floor….this is your spot!!! The Comfort Inn is a Ritz Carlton compared to this place 👍

It was just ok; nothing spectacular. It was late and we needed a place to stay. It was average, or even a little less than, all the way around. My friend did wake up with a bug crawling across her bed, (I am the one who saw it) and I felt itchy, and like bugs were biting me throughout the night.
