I donāt even know where to begin. This place is a disaster from start to finish. The moment I walked in, the lobby smelled like mildew and old socks. The staff were completely indifferent, and I felt like I was interrupting their day just by asking a simple question. The room was a nightmare. The bed was a sagging, lumpy messāsleeping on the floor would have been more comfortable. The "clean" towels had stains on them, and the bathroom had mold growing in the corners and there were spider webs everywhere. We asked for a refund and they had horrible attitudes. They also write your card information on a piece of paper so make sure you ask for it. This hotel is a joke. I wouldnāt recommend it to anyone, and Iāll never be back. Stay away at all costs!

I live in the area and needed to stay here due to freezing temperatures and an unfortunate power outage. I called and dealt with a very nice gentleman who promptly found me a room. I was there within the next hour. The room was ok and I slept through the night (with earplugs as it is on a highway). I called the front desk because I needed to extend a night and dealt with the same gentleman. He told me to come to the office and we'd take care of it. About thirty minutes later the room phone rang and when I answered, there was a man yelling "You pay!". I had no idea what was happening or who it was.He actually rightened me. I asked him to repeat himself and he just yelled the same thing again. It was painfully clear when I tried to talk to him that he didn't understand me at all. So, I went to the office to see what the heck was going on and the chaos continued. Despite trying, we could not converse. He kept asking me for information I didn't have and made several calls to a man that spoke his native language. Then he slipped me back my room key and waved me off. It was incredibly frustrating! How do you run a business without being able to clearly communicate with your customers in any way??? I know that this is a very small town and a small motel, but if you can't handle as simple a task as adding a night to a room, then maybe this shouldn't be your job. Having worked in the service industry myself, it just shouldn't be this hard.

Nicely renovated motel with an excellent contentential breakfast. The staff was both friendly as well as prompt and helpful with our 1 issue with the TV. The room amenities were better than average (soaps, shampoo, coffee, etc) and the bed was quite comfortable.
