Days Inn by Wyndham Oak Ridge Knoxville

I called to get a quote and very nice guy answered the phone. He said his was Craig. He is the new assistant manager. Hopefully a new person will fix the hotel issues. He gave me many ideas and me and my spouse are discussing when we can go. This hotel needs work with buildings and staff. Hopefully new guy can change this. Good luck

Worst motel of my life. It's old, tired, and bleak. My room smelled like urine and I think I was the only female traveler staying there, so I parked my car down from my room, so that my car wouldn't mark where I was sleeping. The morning I left, I saw a female park by my car, check the motel room door in front of it, and then try my car door. I memorized her license plate and followed her vehicle. She stopped and kept trying to wave me to pass her. I wouldn't. I intended to go to the office and report her, but she drove to the office first and it was clear she was a member of the staff. Yeah, a staff member wanted to steal from my car.

I’ve always enjoyed staying at the Days Inn hotels: however, this time I was treated very unprofessional and rude by the front desk woman “Alyssa” who became frustrated and emotional when she couldn’t process my reservation - she even asked to leave and find another hotel when I already paid for my stay! Let’s just say we don’t ever have to go back there. The room was ok, no door latch and TV did not work but my husband ended up fixing it. Stay somewhere else!

This place sucks so much. I’ve been deployed to Iraq and had better accommodations. This place needs a bull dozer and new owners. Rooms smell like body odor and meth, TV doesn’t work, bugs in the room, carpet severely torn, big loud dog barking two rooms down and a burn hole in the sheets. Stay at the Hampton Inn next door.

Tv didn’t work, shower was broken just like using a water hose. Room stunk, stains on ceiling, chair and bed. Don’t stay here!
