Considering its in Memphis, not to bad for the price. The lady that checked me in was extremely kind and patient. No fitness center but planet fitness isnt to far. Everything is within reach. Would stay again.

This is not a motel, it is more along the lines of a sub standard dorm room. Our stove did not work, with the two burners in disrepair. When you check in it’s as if you are visiting someone in a prison. I almost expected a full body search. You need a room key to get out of the lobby. Do you need a room key to get out the door to the back parking lot. I am only 5‘2“, and had to jump onto the bed because it was so high. Don’t try to get a good nights sleep, as the fire alarms go off this is just a disgusting place believe all the other reviews.

The gentleman at the front desk, (if I remember right, he told me his name I think it was Redell. He was simply the best! Thank you for all your help. He answered all of my questions and was so kind.!

They are only interested in fleecing you. I had a reservation and called on my way to inform them that I would be arriving late. On getting to the hotel, I had to call number #500 as instructed; this was about 7:15 pm. The lady who answered told me that my card declined when they wanted to charge it, and they had to cancel my reservation and that she would have to give me a new reservation at the current rate (higher rate). I informed her that I spoke to someone on my way and that my confirmation stipulates the hotel will cancel my reservation the next day if I do not show up and my card charged for a day, but she refused, and as I was tired, I had to oblige her. The Wifi does not work paid or not. After staying for a week, I paid for another week and requested toiletries, but the hotel provided none; instead, the lady attendant asked me to provide mine as the hotel do not give any...
