Red Roof Inn PLUS Nashville Airport

We enjoyed our stay. Glad there was an elavator. Room was clean and everything worked. Room had decent bed with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Easy access to airport and freeway. Really was a pleasant stay. just be aware plane noise all hours but did not bother us. Gas station and food are very close by.

Not bad for a night, close to airport, But be aware of the $3.00 safe charge, I even told the front desk I did not use it and they still charged me. But I did call them and they said they will put the $3.00 credit back on my card, U er ride to Airport was less than $15.00.

My experience staying here was GREAT!!!! All the staff was GREAT and accomidated to my needs..All the ladies and young mens deserve props. The GM is an AWESOME guy but still getting his footing there.. I recommend staying there when visiting Nashville and they have an inhouse LYFT Driver

These people have 0 customer service skills besides the hotel is subpar and the room smells mold.The front desk person must hate her life her job and her company and should not be allowed to work in the hospitality industry. The room is subpar, noisy,the shower sucks and the carpet smells funny. Stay away if you care for your health and money.

Room was small, but clean and fairly updated inside. Front desk (in a small lobby) seemed overwhelmed - one lady knew what she was doing, and the other seemed new/untrained and needed a lot of help so the check-in process was slow. There are exterior elevators to the upper floors. No coffee maker in the rooms, so you had to go to the small counter positioned behind the side of the front desk to get any which was a bit inconvenient. Parking lot was very icy and did not seem like it had been salted/plowed. However, it is a very convenient hotel to the airport and you can walk to the Panera that sits adjacent. There is a hotel shuttle to the airport, but I didn't use it. Area was quiet at night besides the planes taking off (obviously anticipated given the proximity of the airport). Not sure exactly what makes this a "plus" vs. regular red roof inn, but there wasn't a fitness center or any other amenities.
