The hotel is conveniently located to all of the "action" but is far enough away to ensure a good nights sleep. The rooms are modern and large with an excellent bathroom. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed for 4 nights and then returned after a few days in Memphis for a further night.

This is our second time staying here and we love it! From the staff to the restaurant to the rooms to the cookies and infused water in the lobby daily, we have been impressed each stay. It is very close to broadway too. We will definitely stay here again!

Nice & clean hotel as well as very friendly staff. This hotel is in a great location and within walking distance to all the attractions on Broadway. The lobby has nice fresh cookies and fruit infused water available. The room has Starbucks coffee kpods and 2 bottles of water provided every day. There are ice machines on all the even floors and a nice gym with peloton machine machines on the ninth floor. There is a running path over the pedestrian bridge. That is nice. The hotel staff saw us in our running gear in the lobby and gave us a card that showed the different running paths. I would definitely stay in this hotel again. A great 3 night trip to Nashville.

Very comfortable room, nice views. Friendly staff. Too short of a stay-didn't even get to experience any of the amenities :( The food at Ella's was delicious. Great location as well. Next time we will defintely stay longer so we can enjoy all the hotel has to offer.

Very clean, very pleasant staff, overall a great experience! Would definitely recommend. We didn't eat/drink at the hotel itself, but we did visit the Pancake Pantry next door, which was recommended, and it didn't disappoint! A great stay overall, very clean, and very quick and easy to walk to downtown.
