We arrived at the hotel to be told we hadn’t paid for the room after showing them the voucher from trailfinders they apologised and said it’s sorted, I gave them my credit card as a deposit for the room in case there was any damages to find they had unlawfully took the amount for the room when approached they again said sorry and put the money back on my card, the service was brilliant and the room was very good and comfortable, when checking out they said everything was fine and I didn’t owe a bill on my room, I then returned to the UK to find they had took £832 from my bank I phoned trailfinders who spoke to them and they reimbursed my card again for them to take £748 again.. I’m still waiting for that to come back to my account, stay clear of this hotel they have tried to clear my bank account with no apology or acknowledgement, I’m still trying to get my money back and in contact with trailfinders.. very poor customer service!!

Well the hotel, was clean and good location, but they charged my credit card for 2 rooms that we had already paid for. this then took 6 days and a number of messages to to get this pending funds cleared. my wife left her expensive leather jacket in the closet, which funny enough they are able to find. then once the money was clears they tried to charge my card again but this time half the room charge. Just watch your card.

Excellent location - we could walk to Broadway and The Gulch but it was still nice and quiet at night. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Jay at the front desk was so warm and fun! The rooms were kept really clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay if we’re ever in town again!
