Hotel Preston

There was visible mold in several areas of the hotel and room. The smell of mold was so strong I could taste it. Arriving after dark there was no parking due to a wedding, the desk clerk suggested parking in an adjacent lot that did not look like it belonged to the hotel- it did not look well lit and the surrounding area is not the great. I was there with just my child, that parking situation was not satisfactory for me. Why was there no dedicated parking for hotel guests only? Also the tv in our room would only work on the Netflix channel option but would only stay connected for about 10 minutes at a time. The toilet ran all night also. We were only there for 1 night or would have left otherwise. Also the sprinkler in the room was located in the closet, not sure how that is up to code.

If you're in the Nashville area, this is the property you want to be at. It is gorgeous yet comfortable all at once. The rooms are spacious with great views. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. We didn't make it to the pool area, but I was excited to see the cabanas.

This was perfect for our weekend getaway!! Hotel room was super clean, adorable and cozy. Staff was very helpful and even provided great recommendations of what to do in the city. Hotel was also great location! We can’t wait to stay here again.

Wonderful hotel stay. It was a luxurious experience yet gave that “at home” feeling at the same time. I am always looking for a hotel that is beautiful yet comfortable and this place did the job! I rate my experience 5 stars and I highly recommend!

The hotel was great the staff was amazing, the services was fantastic the rooms were nicely renovated we loved having the shuttle to go back and forth downtown and the driver showed us were to go eat and all the great spots to go to. we will def be coming back.
