Holiday Inn & Suites Nashville Downtown Broadway an IHG Hotel

Great hotel! Clean and everything seemed new. The entire staff was nice, helpful and always smiling. I will definitely stay here again next year when we come back. Close to everything and easy to get to Broadway. Definitely deserves the highest rating there is!

We really went back and forth on the rating for this. Here's our pros/cons list: Pros - clean, smelled nice - good location - bed was comfortable - nicely updated - free happy hour drink - pool and outdoor deck - Dove shampoo and soap products - most staff were very nice Cons - we were given a room with 2 double beds instead of the king we booked. The staff that night argued with us and we had to switch the next day. Very inconvenient. - the water in the shower would go between freezing and burning within a minute and keep doing that until we rushed out of the shower. It would make a weird whining noise the whole time. I want to have a nice shower when I spend this kind of money. - the parking garage is expensive and difficult to navigate. The spots are all made for small cars. A Honda CR-V should fit in a spot with enough room for passengers to get out. - the view was unimpressive. It faces a parking lot and a Quiznos, away from downtown.

There was a slight hiccup in our reservation. Not the hotels fault or our fault. The night time manager Sedrick and staff went above and beyond for us. We did not actually stay at this hotel that night. We did stay at there sister hotel but that most certainly will not keep us from coming back. The way they handled everything with kindness and grace is something not easily found in the world we live in today. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you guys for everything.

Clean hotel. Very friendly and helpful. Bartender Jordan, whom I called Daryl was fun, informed us on things to do, and even played is guitar on Friday night for entertainment on his day off. Justin bartended that night. Nice, friendly young men. Shuttle drivers were friendly and interesting as well. Nice to have free shuttle to downtown. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Quiet hotel. Would download the Lyft app for cheaper drives if shuttle was not available. Would have been cheaper than 35.00 taxi from airport.

This hotel is situated very close to downtown approximately 15minute walk to the fun honky tonk downtown Nashville. Checking in was fantastic with a free gift and lots of helpful advice. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were spacious clean and unique. Great decor and beds were comfy. There is a pool, bar and bodegas, the bodega I found to be a little pricey but there was a dollar store quite close that we found better value.
