Not pleased at all. The pictures are online are filtered. Do not expect room service daily as they will let you know at the counter. Do not expect a clean room or bathroom when you arrive, just the bed made. Do expect backed up drains and your feet to be in sewage as you showed since they don't drain properly. Do not expect a new roll of toilet paper when you arrive as you will continue to use what the last guest was using even if they did get a little doo doo on their fingers and onto the roll. Our toilet paper holder was broke so our partial roll was sitting on the counter. Very displeased with the stay but stayed the 3 nights because didn't have time to look for another place and go through all the hastle. I didn't even want to go back into the room after returning from the days activities.

Hillside Crossing Nashville a Ramada by Wyndham I had a reservation for the night of October 10. We we coming to Nashville after a cruise in Miami. Due to hurricane Milton; they closed the Port of Miami so our boat couldn’t debark on our scheduled day and we had to stay an extra day at sea. As soon as I found out, I contacted Expedia over chat (since that’s who I booked through) and they called the hotel for since I didn’t have phone service to see if they’d give me a refund. Expedia told me under the circumstance the hotel would most likely be understanding since it was out of control and I contacted them 2 days prior to the reservation. The hotel told them they’d have to reach out to the manager. The manager responded and said no they wouldn’t grant a refund. What a greedy company with poor customer service. I couldn’t help that I couldn’t get off the boat due to a natural disaster. I also missed an appointment in Nashville. I won’t ever book with this hotel due to circumstances. Consider other options; you never know what will happen and this hotel will not be sympathetic.

I stayed at the hotel October 7-8. I showed up at the location at 1:00 to see if I could check in early, I was told that rooms were ready but there was a charge of $25 per room, I opted out and came back at 3 which I was told was the check in time, I was then told that there wasn’t any rooms available, funny that they were if I was to pay earlier. I was then asked if I wanted 1st or 2nd floor, I said 1st so my aunt and friend wouldn’t have to do stairs, after waiting 45 minutes I was told my rooms would be ready in a minute, I waited 15 more minutes and then was told that since I was in such a rush I could have my rooms on the 2nd floor. I asked how bad the stairs were and was told not as bad as the ones in front. We found that we could get to the rooms without any stairs. When we got to the the rooms they were still being cleaned, the woman that had checked us in said they had been cleaned and approved, not true. I had to wait another 20 minutes for the room to be finished. The flooring still had pieces of garbage. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. The continental breakfast was a joke, the orange juice was just water with orange color. I’m not sure what the syrup was for. When I was asked how my stay was, I said awful, the from office person just smiled and said have a nice day, didn’t even apologize. My friend was also insulted by the person checking us in. She has a louder voice and was told she was yelling, she wasn’t yelling. I feel they should have given me a partial refund since I didn’t get my rooms until 4:30 and still had to check out at 11. They offered me an $8 refund. LOL

Had to change rooms after first night as didn't get any sleep due to how loud AC vents were in rooms both sides of mine. Walking up and down past the rooms it would seem some of the vents are just rumbling very loudly, possibly a maintenance issue, front desk was happy to switch my room though which was good. Breakfast having eggs and breakfast patty's available was a nice bonus from usual motels, although very strangely they don't have Tea at all which is a very basic thing, not everyone likes coffee so no morning caffeine if you're not a coffee drinker. Surprised with how spacious the room is, massive tv, sink, fridge, microwave etc, hot water always available. Room definitely in need of a more thorough cleaning though, not just changing bedsheets. Huge cobweb in top corner of room with various dead bugs in, the amount of mould around the edges of the bottom of the shower is disgusting, crazy they just let it fester and not stay on top of it which would obviously be picked up if shower was cleaned, had a persistent cough since using. Walls are very thin so you will hear any inconsiderate guests coming back late at night, not alot hotel can do but could warn people when they check in to be quiet after a certain time. Irish pub next door is a massive plus, great staff, good food.
