We were greeted happily by Elijah. He was an outstanding representative for hospitality in Nashville. He went over and above to welcome us to this city. Any business would be truly gifted with his presence!! Thanks, Elijah!! We appreciate you!!

Wilson was amazing, professional, kind and helpful. Everything from parking to enjoying the restaurant was a great experience for me and my friends! The food and specialty coffees were great too! We had a wonderful experience and will be back!

Our whole experience was nothing but positive! The room was clean and very nice size. The staff was nothing short of amazing! The vallet attendants were kind and attentive, helping and anticipating our every need. The front desk was curtious and very helpful. The staff at Union Teller were top notch as well. Even the maintenance engineer helped with my luggage as I was struggling with a stroller too! If you are looking for top notch service and a place where you feel like you matter, look no further! Highly recommend!

I went in for a quick business trip that was a few days long. While being there I had excellent service provided by the Valet team at the fairlane hotel. Huge respect to Jahi, Chandler, Wilson and Nick for their hospitality! They are a great team of valet attendants. Every time we needed our car they were on it! Great job guys! The Valet service plays a huge role in the hotel they are the first people we see! So it’s great to see a young and talented team go to work! Thank you to the hotel staff as well! I enjoyed my stay and I will be back, hopefully not on business!!

I visited Nashville for the first time and i absolutely loved it. The Fairlane hotel is where me and my family stayed. We enjoyed our stay and we weren’t far from broadway at all. This was the first time we had a good hotel staff and valet staff greet us with open arms. Chandler on the valet team was the first person we encountered, he greeted us with a smile and helped us with our luggage. He does a good job at getting after it, when we arrived he was on it! Very alert! Thank you Chandler. Overall our stay was great, thank you Fairlane Staff and thanks again Chandler for all your help!
