Extended Stay America Select Suites Nashville Airport

My family and I stayed here for our trip to Nashville and we’ll be staying again. The rooms were nice, the staff were friendly. The manger Tamara was pleasant as well. We had a minor issue, and she wasted absolutely no time at all fixing it. We appreciate it, my family and I will definitely be coming back to Nashville

The hotel was very nice. The bedroom was very big and had plenty of space for your clothes. There was a full size stove and refrigerator, a microwave and if you needed any dishes or utensils all you had to do was ask for it at the front desk. The staff were very friendly. We loved the location. Easy access to everything.

Pictures do not match the room we were given. We walked in and the furniture is banged up and the room smelled like smoke even though it is non-smoking. We sat on the bed and noticed a bed bug on one of the pillows. We took a picture and got out of there! Do not stay here!!

Bed bugs, homeless people, smelled of smoke, dirty sheets, rundown furniture and a locked lobby. I would rate a zero if I could. The company pictures are not the property. We had to use an old desk phone propped outside to call management . Worst hotel ever.

The check in process was standard. The clerk was pleasant. There is a working elevator to the second and third floors, this is a plus since we were on the second floor. The room was really dated, old carpet with many stains, old appliances (the fridge had rust and stains) old sink and tub with missing parts, but in working order. The room had a very strong smell of smoke even though the room was supposed to be a smoke free room. We contacted the front desk and they stated it was due to the AC pulling in outdoor air, not so sure I believe that one, no concession was offered. I would not stay here again without an update to the rooms.
