Great service and comfortable room. The breakfast is superb and the brunch is a thing of beauty for the party animal. Go for the B&B rate or you’ll fall foul to the rampant American inflation. Room was comfortable but don’t expect a room with a view!

Best Valet Parking people i think was Cairo and Nate !!! Sweet people and Very communicative Would 100% recommend them! Also Just the hotel is amazing to stay in Affordable i did recommend to some friends in the area and downtown so thank you.

Skip this hotel. I upgraded our room for a higher floor level months in advance and was put on the 2nd floor over a bar that played music until 2:30-3am daily. It was like the bar was in our room. We aren't young people 50's and were in our room to sleep around 9-10pm nightly. We got little to no sleep for our 6 night stay. We didn't see 1 person on our floor for our whole trip which means they weren't full and shouldn't have put us on that floor or in that room above a bar. I had noted on our travel plans it was my 50th birthday. It wasn't even mentioned upon arrival. Ice has to be requested which means you have to wait in your room for someone to get around to delivering it. I booked through Costco with $30 Food and Bev daily allowance. This credit was not honored upon our final bill. The bartender downstairs was more interested in a baseball game than servicing guests and the bar only had 4 people in it. We walked out after waiting for 15 minutes. The beds were comfortable, but that won't make us come back to this hotel again.

Came to eat at stateside and service was absolutely phenomenal. The hostess was extremely nice (I didn’t get her name I’m so sorry), the food was top tier, so savory. I’d come here everyday if I could. Also shout out to valet Jackie! She’s so funny and joked around with us, and her service was incredible, very fast and nice!

Very nice hotel with a boutique vibe in downtown Nashville. The room was comfortable - we loved the high ceilings. Staff was very helpful. Grace did a super job as valet. Will definitely recommend to family and friends and will stay again if/when we visit Nashville again.
