Hands down the worst hotel experience in Nashville I’ve ever had (I travel to Nashville multiple times a year) There were issues with their elevators. They had students running the halls with chaperones at the elevator doors when you got off and the AC didn’t appear to be working. The rooms were super humor. Guess we’re forced to use the steps and carry luggage down. I’m diamond status with Hilton and they didn’t even honor my room request that I purchased. We were forced from two queen beds to a king in a couch. Staff reached out asking if there were issues we told them yes and they said when can we reach out? We gave them a time and they never reached out.

I enjoyed my stay, all the staff was amazing. The valet staff stuck out to me, each time I needed my car, directions, or any help they were outstanding. Joshua H was the star of their team. The property had a lot to offer between the big rooms, coffee shop and great location. I will definitely stay again.

Joshua H. was so helpful and had a very great personality. Hands down he’s one of the most helpful valet drivers I’ve met on my stay. The location was also ideal for our trip to visit family in the Nashville area. I would highly recommend this property for all things service and stay!
